[Ipe-discuss] Latex pdf output does not show miter line joins drawn in Ipe editor

ipetoipe worked like a charm fixing all the problems I mentioned. I tried
variation of line joins and line caps and it all worked - latex compiled
and pdf result correct. Thanks Otfried for providing this tool!
