[Ipe-discuss] Compiling 7.0.8 on Window

I just want to say i think this is a great piece of software! I love it!

Just upgraded my thesis to 7.0.8 from 6.0pre32 (took a day) and realised I
can't manage with the current grid settings.

How do I compile on windows so I can change the code, do I have to compile
using CygWin?

p.s. This is my first post I hope this is the right place for this question.
