[Ipe-discuss] A feature suggestion for IPE

I like the suggestion of "automatically export", it is cleaner than what 
Ipe currently does (namely to offer to save as the other format if that 
file already exists).

But what would "Use XML as native" actually do?

Note, by the way, that the name of the program is "Ipe", not "IPE".
