The aroid hardiness list is one that we compiled.  It was never our
intent to indicate what plants would live in what conditions, but only
to indicate the winter hardiness of the plant under ideal conditions.
If you don't start with this data, all other growing conditions are
irrelevant.  You can find the list posted at
http://www.aroid.org/horticulture/hardy.php   We welcome additions or
changes, but only where we can get accurate temperature data without the
benefit of snow cover.
