Diane.  You should be aware that H2O2 breaks down rapidly (it is very
unstable) and yields water, H2O and O (which is ozone-- toxic to plants,
molds and bacteria). This is why those so treated didn't mold.  The dosag=e
to the seeds, of pure O probably didn't do much damage at all, because th=e
dosage was low, the seeds were still in their coats, and  the O being
unstable, rapidly converted to O2 the familiar form of oxygen as a gas.
