Hi Jim,
I would pot the paris and grow them in a greenhouse that wouldn't drop below
28 degrees. The greenhouse you have on the north side of your house might
work good for this. I do believe, since they are showing growth now that
they should have some natural light with cool temperatures. Try to keep them
cool in the day also. Using a fungicide drench can help with problems that
may develope, but if you keep them on the slightly moist to dry side they
should be ok. Hope this helps
