[Ipe-discuss] Function to align elements relative to page

Hi Otfried,

Particularly for presentations, it would be useful to be able to align
elements relative to the page/canvas, and not relative to other elements.

Perhaps there is a way to do this with the existing 'align and distribute'
functions, but it seems to me that they all align elements relative to each
other, and not the page.

Perhaps the existing 'align center', 'align H center' and 'align V center'
could be changed so that if only one element is selected, then they align
relative to the page?
