[Ipe-discuss] How to put a marker at exactly the center of a circle or rectangle?

It's called "Snap to control point".

For rectangles it doesn't snap to the middle of rectangles but it does snap
to the middle of lines, so you could draw a temporary diagonal and use
that. Or draw two temporary diagonals and snap to their intersection.
