[Ipe-discuss] How to put a marker at exactly the center of a circle or rectangle?

I see under the SNAP menu item the SNAP to GRID. I disabled that.
But I do not see how to  "Activate the snap on the circle centres".

Where is this located? I am using 7.2.7.
