[Ipe-discuss] Icon size high resolution screen

Hello,

I just started to use the last version of IPE on windows 10 with a high
resolution screen 3200x1800 and the icons are really tiny. All the other
software I am using have normal size icons so I was wondering how I could
tweak this parameter on IPE.
