[Ipe-discuss] IPE 7.0.10 Executable Disappears

Hi,
The strangest thing happens to me. The executable,  ipe.exe, disappears from
the "bin" directory and even from the zip file. This happens on my Windows
XP 32 bit system and does not happen on my 64 bit version.

Any idea would be appreciated. (I tried to rename it and it did not help.)
