I have installed texlive2009 and ipe7.08 both in my windows and linux
desktop. I just add a text "a" in the canvas, and press "run latex". A
poped message always prompts that "an error occurred during the
pdflatex run, There was an error reading the pdflatex output"

I have tried to run pdflatex manually, I get following output:

This is pdfTeX, Version 3.1415926-1.40.10 (Web2C 2009)
