[Ipe-discuss] pdf2ipe for Windows

HiI am using Windows XP and Ubuntu on the same machine and am using IPE
under both platforms.  I cannot find an executable for pdf2ipe under
Windows.  Some posting I found mentioned that it should be part of the IPE
distribution, but I cannot find it.  I found the source-code, but am not
sure how to go about compiling it for Windows.
