Hello,

If I remember well, you need to create a style sheet (MySheet.xml)
with this inside 
<ipestyle name="MySheet">
 <layout paper="800 600" origin="0 0" frame="800 600"/>
 </ipestyle>

and load it in the Edit menu (or Crtl+Shift+S).
