That's not entirely correct.  The size of toolbars depends on the Qt 
style, and you can't predict what future style plugins will do.

In addition, some users prefer larger toolbar icons in the first place, 
and it would be nice to have scalable icons available for this purpose.

I found the archive with all versions of the icons, I'll play with it 
and figure out what I want.
