No, on Windows the open file dialog box looks different from the one on linux.
I think qt may actually be using the native dialog for that, or at least tries
to match its look.

I didn't know if this was an IPE bug, a qt bug, a Debian bug or just some
setting that is hidden in some 10 years old configuration file sitting
somewhere on my hard disk. I wanted to know if anybody else is seeing this
too. If it turns out to be a bug, I will be happy to submit it into bugzilla.
