[Ipe-discuss] ipe home-page seems in trouble

I´ve been trying to connect to the ipe´s home-page (http://ipe.compgeom.org/)
since last week. It is not to work properly, even the Bugzilla, probably
the best place to send this message to is out of order.
Does anyone have any hint?

Actually, I´d like to download a windows-xp version of IPE, does anyone know
another place where I can find this ipe´s version?
