hello,

I have googled around and searched in the mailing list archive but I didn't find that anyone else had a similar problem.

I successfully "make"d and "make install"ed ipe.
but when I try to start ipe I just get:
/usr/local/ipe/bin/ipe: error while loading shared libraries: libipecanvas.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

but of course the libipecanvas.so.1 exists in ....
/usr/local/ipe/lib

I hope anyone can help me.
