[Ipe-announce] Ipe 7.1.8 available

Dear Otfried,
I am still using Ipe to save figures in EPS. If you
drop the support for EPS, I can still convert from PDF
to EPS but it would not be as convenient (I will need
to keep two files, possibly inconsistent) of the
same figure.
