[Ipe-announce] Preview 7 available

Ipe 6.0 preview 7 is now available on the webpage.

Looking at my todo-list, there are still quite a few things to be done
before the "preview" can become "release candidate".  For the next few
months, expect new previews about once a month.

Changes:

 * Voronoi diagram ipelet

 * Invisible layers are hidden in default PDF presentation

 * Zlib no longer included in source distribution, upgraded to zlib
   1.1.4 in Windows distribution.

 * Text objects have no snapping.

 * Inserting JPEG images is now supported.

 * Inserting bitmap images compresses the bitmap (makes PDF, EPS, and
   XML files smaller).
