Most of the jacks are still underground here in Minnesota where we are experiencing the earliest spring on record.

I donated three /Arisaema sikokianum/ to the Peace Garden at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis ten years ago. They were pea-sized tubers from Don Hackenberry. Only one has survived, but today it is a fat sprout about eight inches tall (20cm).

In the same garden, /A. engleri/, from Chen Yi as /A. sikokianum/, is still dormant. These have also been there for ten years.

In my home garden, /A. trifolium, dracontium, & heterophyllum/ all still dormant.
