Well no bloom this year. Do the thunbergii that you grow have the pronounced
veins in the leaflets like my plant?

One cannot say for sure that your plant is thunbergii without an
inflorescence to look at,
but I've bought a lot of Arisaema from Barry, and the leaf looks like the
thunbergii I've
gotten from him over the past few years, though younger and (therefore) with
fewer leaflets
on the rachis perhaps.
A look at the pseudostem might help since it's often quite distinct looking
or the
remains of the bloom or an infructescence if present.
A. thunbergii can actually be one of three subspecies, ssp thunbergii, ssp.
urashima and ssp. autumnale.
The foliage in the photo looks more like ssp. urashima to me. Ssp.
thunbergii has much narrower leaflets. I do not grow ssp. autumnale, which
is quite rare.
I certainly agree that one needs to see more of the plant.! In my garden
ssp. urashima's pseudostem is green while that of ssp. thunbergii is
reddish, and the inflorescenses are unmistakably different.
