One cannot say for sure that your plant is thunbergii without an infloresc=ence to look at,
but I've bought a lot of Arisaema from Barry, and the leaf looks like the=thunbergii I've
gotten from him over the past few years, though younger and (therefore)=with fewer leaflets
on the rachis perhaps.

A look at the pseudostem might help since it's often quite distinct lookin=g or the
remains of the bloom or an infructescence if present.

A. thunbergii can actually be one of three subspecies, ssp thunbergii, ssp=. urashima and ssp. autumnale.

The foliage in the photo looks more like ssp. urashima to me. Ssp. thunber=gii has much narrower leaflets. I do not grow ssp. autumnale, which is qui=te rare.

I certainly agree that one needs to see more of the plant. In my garden ss=p. urashima's pseudostem is green while that of ssp. thunbergii is reddish=, and the inflorescenses are unmistakably different.
