Erick-
Thanks! Curious what triphyllums you are growing. I immensely enjoy =our native triphyllums and have been allowing them to spread a bit. I =particularly like some of the dark forms.

I was able to collect stewardsonii many years ago. They came up for a =year or two but then dissapeared. I was growing them under "normal" =garden conditions (and we have had some dry spells too), so I think that =caused their demise. Are you growing them under moist conditions? I =have seen them in the wild a couple times, always along riverbank flood =areas. -Chris

Ney, I tried to grow some from seed I got, but they didn't fare well. =I think I kept them
too wet during storage & they went soggy once I tried germinating =them. Last year my
interests were shifting towards collecting & breeding local triphyllum =& triphyllum stewardsonii clones
so I gave up a second attempt, and passed what little was left on to =some other folks.

I'd be interested in how your crosses come out.
