I can't grow it outside in the west of Scotland (emerging from 0.5m snow =and -10 degs C, but expecting more snow) but both forms survive in pots, =overwintered plunged in unheated frames.

Subject: A. lobatum....
I have asked this in the past, but is anybody here currently growing =A. lobatum??
I had two plants form Chen-yi, at different times. One was "typical" =and grew well until a long wet Spring a few years back when it basically =dissapeared. It is still there, in miniature, so I am hoping it may =regrow although it was accidentally squashed this year. The other is a =pale form (in the photo album), purchased form Chen Yi as something else =(can't remember what at this time). Now where I have killed many =Arisaemas or have had them dissapear, this one has come up reliably year =after year (I am afraid to move or disturb it). I guess A. lobatum =doesn't offset readily, but early on it had split into two. =So...........these two come up every year, female flowers, and die down =later in the summer. I tried to pollinate it with both triphyllum and =amurense pollen this Spring.
Surprisingly it got a few seeds on it this year. I brought the =few seeds inside.....most turned to mush but one has a root. I will =have to see what progresses. Just curious if anyone else was =successfully growing this species. I will keep you updated on the =seedling to be....
