E-mail Carolyn F. Fitzgerald=A0 at the USDA for the current
instructions. She will tell you how to get the permit for "small
lots of seed" and the labels. The latter must be sent to Eric with
your order so that he can use them to send seeds to you.<br>

website too and don't forget to send me both the labels as well as a
copy of the permit!<br>
Some times I get only labels, but that is no good! I can not send seeds
without the permit as Erick and Jim stated.<br>
