My best guess is that it's an open-pollinated ciliatum which is hinted =
at in the name. and because it was not a protected cross they note the =
hybrid possibility in the name ;;i.e., hybri-ciliatum

it appears to be Arisaema ciliatum. The Inflorescence looks just like =
the one pictured in Gusman's The Genus Arisaema Volume I on page 305. =
They have stolons that is indicative of A. ciliatum.
