Wim,

I am not sure if Arisaemas are affected by this, but could it possibly
be chlorosis? Sometimes this is caused (in other plants) by high soil
pH and lack of nutrients. The leaves begin to yellow as a consequence
of lack of iron(most common) or manganese or zinc. There is an

If you suspect it is a nutrient deficiency, you might try a foliar
feeding with a (spray) diluted fertilizer or mineral solution.

It's just a guess, hope this helps.
