Way back --sometime last year, or earlier, there was a brief set of notes=by
one of the members on how she had noticed that on some spathes, there was=an
overlap of the right side of the spathe onto the left, and on others, of
left onto right. This was presented with the idea that there might be oth=er
characteristics associated with the fact. Also,with this was a note by R=ay
that in engineering, there was a "rule of thumb" for determining whether =the
direction of overlap was left to right or vs. vsa. Was this ever followed=up
on?... and Ray, would you repeat the "rule of thumb". please. ?
