Self-fertility questions

A simple question about self incompatability.? I know that in some plants like epimediums, this is virtually 100% with no pollenation taking place unless a different clone is present even though they are always perfect flowers.? Is this true in arisaema also?? To be exact, if I have a clump of one clone (Say A. concinnum or such) which has grown as offsets from one tuber, will it self fertilize even if both male and female flowers are present, or do I need plants of a second clone to get viable seed?
