That sure sounds like the way to go the giant pumpkin people have done =it
that way the past couple years (with the phyto cert) it tends to work =better
and keeps everyone form having to get a certification.

the states? I think that was the right question. Will there be a ='best'
time to send to Utrecht as far as Utrechts' being prepared for receiving
seed this year? Have regulations changed for them is what I mean? Will
there be any surprises this year?
