Not really too early. These applications take a little while to get proc=
essed so it's best to do it well in advance of the exchange. In addition=
it will take nearly a week for us in the US to send the documentation t=
o you in Europe who are coordinating the distribution.
As you have no doubt noticed, there is a bit of work on the exchange's e=
nd since the regulations require certain information on the label. Just =
one more reason for those of us on the recieving end to be thankful of t=
he good work that you do.
