Hi all,
as last year, after a period of very high temperatures, I find many
spikes yet fruiting and with normal but still immature fruits inside,
which dry up:
the peduncle dries first and the fruits do the same, no matter if the
plants are in shady position or not, or the leaves are still fine or
yet whitered, normal the tubers I digged to see if they were in good
condition.
It happens with Speciosum, Griffithii,Nepenthoides,Engleri (all the
plants in ground outside,I saved one spike from plants forced in the
warm greehouse in February and now nearly
ripe),Sikokianum,Serratum,Tortuosum (!!!) and few Candidissimum.
