Hi  Chris,

I  find  that  northern hemisphere Arisaema  seeds  germinate best  if
sown as  soon as  received  in our autumn.  Even if they dont
germinate immediately  (and many of them  will)  they seem to germinate
more  regularly in spring if  sown this  way  rather  than holding
them over  dry for  4-5 months  for a late  winter sowing.

Any  seedlings you  get  will happily over winter in your  climate ,
have a  short dormancy at some  stage  then shoot  again late spring or
early summer    .  This  is  how they behave  for me sown   in my
shadehouse  which remains frost  free.
