You're just lucky Aaron. Were I a regulator, the first boxes I'd grab to=
inspect would be those labelled "botanical specimens" regardless of wha=
t was inside. How much more obvious could it be that something plant rel=
ated is inside? You really think that putting that label on it is gettin=
g it through? Regulations like CITES also govern the movement of plant p=
arts and derivatives--which include herbarium specimens.
