Folks,

I spend 1/3 of my time in an office in Santiago, Chile.  If I were to hav=e
acted in time, I could have had my seeds sent there and then brought
them into the US in my luggage I guess.  I suppose that is illegal?  I su=ppose
getting discovered would be unusual though.  Of course, I know nothing of
the Chilean laws on this sort of thing.
