Just because these things are often found growing in forests or woods, doesn't mean that they've always been in the shade. Trees grow too. Hello,
Yes it's true for other species also, which like some direct sun, such as Arisaema ciliatum, candidissimum, yunnanense... Even costatum, which, was previously grown in shade, is now in a sunny spot because trees have been cutted. They flowered gorgeously last spring.
