Good Morning, Jaime.
Congratulations!  Is anyone further north than you?  Or colder? Further
north isn't always colder, as I'm sure you know.  I suspect that geting
sikokianum to survive in the refrigerator isn't too hard, but much below
zero may not be possible.  This is a good reason for trying to develop a
hybrid between the two .  Also, with some other plants, lilies, for examp=le,
growing from seed sometimes   yields  hardier clones than trying  plants
with unknown possibilities.  Adam, in Chicago area.USDA Zone 5a (but warm=er
