Just sent a note with Paul's comments but should have added that the package
of seed MUST have some kind of declaration on the outside to the effect that
the package contains flower seeds. While an email seed application cuts time
and hassles, in future, I'll do mine by snailmail so I can include for MAF a
list of the species applied for, names and numbers.
