Ja, genau.  Das weis ich schon.  What makes me now think this is not the
actual cultivar 'Schwarzwalder' is that this one is patented.  If it had
been released to commerce (under any name) before patenting, it could not
later have been patented.  Of course, once patented, the same plant may b=e
sold under a plethora of names, just as long as the production is license=d
from the plant patent holder.  So it might depend on when the variety
"Black Forest" was patented.  'Schwarzwalder' is a registered cultivar
name, but "Black Forest" was not, as of about a year ago.  At that time, =we
assumed that the two were identical and that calling it "Black Forest" wa=s
just a marketing gimmick for the English speaking world.
