Thanks very much, Tony. I had these species survive two winters in the
ground (1999/2000; 2000/2001), with no particular protection. Blowing
leaves, like snow, may come and go. The coldest temperature in those two
winters was -11 F.

Arisaema ringens
A. sazensoo
A. sikokianum
A. thunbergii

We are about the middle (north-south) of USDA zone 5 here in central
Indiana. We have A. triphyllum native here. I'm waiting to see what
happens this Spring. A. amurense corms, very small, were planted in May
2000; only a couple came back in summer 2001.
