Diane,
It is from Philippines, indeed and is probably not hardy in England. I gr=ow
it in a cold frame, minimum 4=B0C in winter, where it flowers and multi=plies
easily in pots. My plants come from Crug Farm. Perhaps Bleddyn tried it
outside in Wales?
