A. franchetianum immature seeds and similar?

Jim .  I think that this is really useful information.  I had a
consanguineum that had a substantially sized seedhead that was not fully
formed, with a few of the seeds obviously more fully developed than others .
I  threw the whole thing away!.  Not next year.  My assumption that none
were viable was  based on ignorance,about not knowing whether the thing
COULD have self-pollinated., since there were no others around that could
