Hi Joan,
You didn't say where you are from so I'm guessing that more than likely t=he
trillium will be fine. The rhizomes will tolerate freezing weather,
although there might be a limit to that. If their roots dried up, the pl=ant
is likely to be set back a season until new roots are established.
