I'm a new member for AEG and grow many woodland plants, including Arisaem=a.
I tired not to get hooked on Arisaema but couldn't help it. I thought I'=d
be satisfied with just terrestrial orchids and trilliums but alas.... I
live in Atlanta, Zone 7 (for now) and have been growing Arisaema for seve=ral
years. I have several beginner questions but will search the archives fo=r
answers so I don't bore you with things like how do you grow Arisaema <gr=in>
I will ask one question, though, that's bothering me. Are my plants safe
from those animals (moles?) that travel around one's garden through tunne=ls
at the soil's surface but not safe from animals that have a tunnel that
opens to the surface (chipmunks?). This probably classifies as a beginn=er
question so I guess I lied in the 1st paragraph <another grin>

P.S. I grow A. triphyllum, dracontium, stewardsonii (maybe), and some
Chinese, Indian, and Japanese species.
