In the latest version of the AEG Species list (the web is not up to date)

A. bogneri {P. Boyce and H. Li.} = A. franchetianum {Hett.}

There is a piece in the archives that describes Wilbert's relagation of
A. bogneri
to a synonym for A. franchetianum.
