Urashima seed from seedex using the moist baggie treatment still haven't
sprouted but still look good! Arum seeds were going black and soft after
months so were potted and kept moist on a windowsill. But after sufferin=g
some summer insults like a period of neglect, and 1mm long maggot-like
creature in the soil, they were put in a corner of an open shaded garden
frame; where the squirrels scattered them. Now here and there seedlings
have popped up in that spot. Just which ones are they? Well they're in a
good spot. I'll have to leave them there a couple of years, take out any
that look like italicum (I've just transplanted a great deal of my
established italicum plants' offsets from relative's gardens into my new
garden, and this year chucked all the ripening seedheads into the woods
behind my cousin's yard before the berries scattered) , and hope that I g=et
some elongatum or orientale.
