Hi, Diane.  My Dracunculus vulgaris comes up in February so it would may
sense for the seeds to come up then also.  I know all the Arums are
dormant and I have no leaves on the seedlings or the large tubers.  My
Arums make leaves in the fall when the air chills and a few rains come
through.  Since it is raining every day in August, I am not sure if the
routine will be changed for the Arums.
