Except it was A. sikokianum. It insisted on coming up facing away from
the garden path.
I dug it up and reversed the direction and it still came up facing away
from the path.
So, I dug it again and planted it across the path. Surely it should come
up facing the path now.
No. It faced away from the path in the opposite direction. I must
conclude that A. sikokianum
comes up facing away from any viewing point.
