In the Pacific NorthWest or may I be more specific... the Puget Sound Area we have a service call FreeI.net. Totally free... you just have to have a ad banner run on you screen when you are logged on. I use it... it's great... no more monthly fees. So you might ask...What do I do about email? You can get an Internet Email account from Hotmail, Rocketmail or Yahoo Mail. The nice thing about the Internet Mail account is, you can check your mail from any where in the world. FreeI also provideds email accounts... I havn't tried them yet for email.
